Meeting content

When you run a meeting, the Service may process audio, transcripts, and generated artifacts so it can provide live transcription and AI synthesis. We handle this content according to your account settings and the participation choices made within each meeting.

How we use information

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To create and manage your account and process payments.
  • To generate transcripts, summaries, and other meeting artifacts you request.
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
  • To send you administrative messages, security alerts, and, where permitted, product updates.
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse, and to protect the safety and security of the Service.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
  • With your consent. When you direct us to share information.
